1. What is the difference with aftermarket grilles and those at the dealer which are twice the price?

   In most cases it is just the brand name. Our grilles are designed to be replica's of the factory originals. There is often a place for your OEM logo or emblem, but it is not included. You may re-use your old one, or purchase a new one from your local dealership.

2. What are the grilles made of?

   All grilles are made of plastic. Chrome grilles are plastic with chrome plating.

3. What brands are they?

   We carry Tong Yang, Pro Fortune, and YCI brand grilles.

4. Do you sell just the grille inserts?

   We have the complete grilles only. They are ready to install.

5. What is the shipping charge outside of the US 48 states?

   Please email us (orders@10000grilles.com) with your location for a shipping estimate.

6. What is your main method of shipping?

   UPS ground within the UPS 48 states. International orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping is out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

7. I need a grille that isn't on your website? Do you have any others available?

   You may email us (orders@10000grilles.com) with questions. We are always adding new items.

8. I don't have a credit card. Can I pay for my order by check or money order?

   Yes. You may mail payment to:

   Please include the item description and your shipping address with payment.

9. Do you have photos available?

   Yes. Many of the items have photos now which may now be viewed by clicking on the item description line. If your grille is not shown, email us and we will add it.

10. I am in the Twin Cities; may I pick up the item?

    Yes, we are open Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. and Saturdays from 10:00 - 1:00 PM. We are located in the same building as Bumper Warehouse. Orders picked up have no shipping/handling charges. Please call for availability as some items are shipped from another location.

11. Do you charge sales tax?

    City/state sales tax is charged only on items shipped wihtin Minnesota. Items shipped out of state are not charged tax.
