10000 Grilles is a division of Bumper Warehouse, Inc., located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The business was started in 1997 and operates with 7 fulltime employees. If you are in the area, feel free to stop in and visit us.

Warranties

All grilles are warranted for 90 days to original purchaser with receipt. It is rare that a grille is found to be defective. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Returns need to be pre-authorized. You may email us orders@10000grilles.com for a RA number.

Insurance

All grilles are shipped insured. Please email orders@10000grilles.com if you have received a damaged grille and a damage claim will be filed with UPS. The damage claim process takes about 1 week, and then a replacement grille is shipped. Grilles are bubble wrapped and packed for safe delivery.
